Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas retains many of the characteristics present in its predecessor's, while adding a few new elements. There are various crimes that are perpetrated in the city as well as the game also has some very minor non-violent missions that are designed to test the player's mental capacities. The storyline is told in third person perspective and depicts a near-future version of California. This game features a unique story that follows the protagonist, Michael, as he attempts to save his family and also to achieve personal and monetary freedom. The game has a very large number of locations, including high-end shopping malls, banks, military bases, and airport terminals that are featured in the game. The vehicles used in this game include vans, trucks, and motorcycles. The story is about a group of criminalikers who become addicted to powerful stimulants and have been given authority to operate the city temple. In this game, the player takes control of a newly developed vehicle and tries to accomplish tasks in several cities across the globe before gaining access to the top-secret city temple.
